Indian television actress Krishna Mukherje was known as Aliya in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. She rose to fame with this Indian television drama series whose stellar cast also included Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, which ended in December last year. Currently, all major TV shows shootings have been stalled due to the spread of COVID- 19. The pandemic has created a global lockdown. Everyone is at home trying to honour a new skill, taking fitness seriously, or are learning cooking. Krishna is trying her hands on some new recipes and staying fit.

Krishna has always been sharing fitness goals with fans and they have been awe with her fitness regime. Recently she shared in an interview she shared on how she is keeping up with her fitness regime during her quarantine.

"My workout regime includes sweeping, mopping and doing all the household chores. I also start my day with morning yoga, some stretching exercises. I also have some lukewarm water and green tea, said Krishna in an interview with ETimes.

Krishna also suggested her fans to focus on self-love by detoxing their mind, body, and soul. She said that she rejuvenates herself by doing household chores and keeps herself occupied. She encourages her fans to learn quirky, new recipes online and try new styles in cooking.

The actress further revealed that she loves watching romantic comedy films and also shared her favourite choices in films.

The national lockdown has made everyone feel like an ideal mind is a devil's workshop. It has taken a toll on many people but celebs are ensuring that they keep the spirit of motivation in every individual.

As per the latest report of COVID-19, there have been over 2500 positive cases happening in a day in India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged citizens to light up candles and diyas on April 5 at 9 pm to create a national mark. This will signify the bond of unity for fighting against coronavirus.
